We source American white oak and Mongolian oak, kiln-dried to the right moisture content for consistent barrel construction.
Step 02
Precision Cooperage
Staves are hand-shaped and assembled without glue — traditional cooperage methods ensure structural integrity and natural seal.
Step 03
Heavy Char & Toasting
Interior surfaces receive a heavy char level, caramelizing wood sugars and creating the flavor compounds that define barrel-aged spirits.
Step 04
Glass & Steel Assembly
Dual tempered glass panels are fitted with 304 stainless steel hoops and banding — food-grade, airtight, built to endure.
